Dear Reader,

Stories help us understand ourselves and connect with others. As an expressive arts facilitator, I became drawn to how people use stories to explore identity, belonging, and generational experiences. I’ve seen how expression through both art and words can support healing.

As an English/Spanish bilingual clinician, I value creating space for people to express themselves in the language that feels most true to them. I’m earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University and hold a B.A. in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton. I’m drawn to Narrative Therapy for its focus on helping people reconnect with their values and hopes. I’m especially interested in expressive techniques such as sand tray, abstract art, and creative work with teens.

Outside of therapy, I find peace in nature, painting, soulful music, and sharing good food and laughter with loved ones. I believe in making space for the beautiful, messy, evolving stories we all carry. It’s a privilege to witness people step into their truth and shape the stories they want to live.

Warmly, Jennette Pulecio
