Trainee

MFT Trainee

Jaimee is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and graduate student at California State University, Fullerton. Her professional journey has been shaped by years of working as a self-employed nanny, where she developed close relationships with blended families and children with diverse neurodevelopmental needs, as well as families from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Through these experiences, Jaimee developed a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each person and the many stories, relationships, and contexts that shape who we are. Her therapeutic approach centers curiosity and compassion, with an emphasis on seeing each person in their wholeness. She values authenticity, collaboration, and creating space for clients to honor and explore their own truth.

Outside of her work, Jaimee enjoys writing, spending time in nature, attending mindfulness retreats, and practicing yoga. She is also deeply curious about questions of spirituality and religion and the ways we make meaning of our lives and experiences.
