Elham Zarnegar

Elham is a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee at CFI with over a decade of experience in healthcare, where she worked closely with individuals and families in emotionally sensitive and high-stress settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and is currently a graduate student at Pepperdine University studying Marriage and Family Therapy.

Elham brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work and values building strong, trusting relationships with clients. She is committed to culturally responsive care and enjoys working with diverse populations. Elham approaches therapy with curiosity, warmth, and respect for each client's unique story, and is passionate about supporting people as they work toward growth, healing, and healthier relationships.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, traveling, reading, and staying involved in her community.
